AMERICA!  Matthew Yglesias provides "the ultimate proof that innovation is alive and well in America today" with a visit to Taco Bell to sample the new variety of Doritos Locos Tacos.  Not being a huge fan of Doritos (particularly the inexplicably popular Cool Ranch variety), I have yet to sample these fine products--is it worth a visit?

    You have it in one.

(And the Doritos Los Tacos is a fine innovation, but there's only one place in the world I'm a vegetarian and that's Taco Bell (but I do love me a Bean Burrito)).

I am a vegetarian all over the world and Taco Bell will make any of their creations with beans instead of beef. I tried the doritos loco taco with beans and it was totally fine.
